False Advertisement:
On the official website of full crystal, It was advertised that 1 bottle,1 lid and1bag of crystal power is enough for 20 window which is not true. Below is a review by a customer-
If I could have given this no stars I would have! I followed directions to the letter. My windows are spotted, and thus need to be dried with a towel. It did not work on overhanging soffits, stucco, gutters or concrete. What a waste of my money and effort. I can provide pictures of where it didn’t clean at all. No more pressure than your garden hose either. Soap is ineffective and now I have to wash and dry the outside of my windows by hand.

Delay In Delivery:
A lot of customers complained about the late delivery. Delivery takes weeks sometimes Months.
Ordered this product, and waited month and half to find out product did not include cleaning crystals, as stated on box and time of purchase. Misleading sale of product, buyer beware.
