Ive tried twice. Followed instructions to a T. Came right off both times as soon as I started doing something. I only did 1 nail. 2 different times. So if someone figures it out let me know. While it is on it looks great though.
Paddie nails is a scam. I ordered 12-20-22. (website says 7 days) They finaly arrived on 1-5-23. I ordered 7 kits as gifts and I only got 1 complete kit. I sent an email to support on 1-5-23. They responded to me 10 days later on 1-15-23. They apologized and asked me to send them pictures of what I recieved. I sent them the pictures as requested on the same day. On 1-23-23 I sent them a follow up email due to the fact they never responed to the pictures I sent. On 1-28-23 They responded and thanked me for the pictures and said they would send them to the production teem and get back to me “shortly” on 2-7-23 I sent them another email asking for a follow up. As of today I have heard nothing back from them. There is no phone contact number and their NY address is a post office. All my research before hand seemed like they would be reputable. However since my issues I have done some more research and the consensis is the same “They don’t respond to emails and you can’t call them to request your money back. They dont refund. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. It also appears they remove most of the comments asking for support on their FB page.

They are surely a scam. I ordered on 1/10/2023 and understood with internationally shipping, it could take a while. January came and went, as did February, and then March. I reached my limit and contacted them 4/9/2023 and they claimed the order “arrived” on 2/3/2023. No such order ever arrived and they refused to refund my money. The most they were willing to do, after taking nearly a week to respond after each email, was send out another kit, but I would have to pay for the international shipping. Of course my answer was NO! I paid once for a product that never arrived; you think I’m about to pay a second time for the replacement not to arrive either??? Absolutely not. BEWARE….NOT A LEGIT COMPANY OR SITE. Spare yourself the headache; the “product” most likely will never arrive.
