I’ve been searching for their site to return and make an exchange the 2 sweaters for the correct size. I go to the site that they recommended [email protected]. There’s no information there to assist you with a return and exchange. Sounds kind of fishy to me. I guess I will count it as a loss. I’ve learned my lesson.

You have not answered any of my emails although I sent you the order number, dollar amount etc. My bank says that Pappya was not the withdrawer for the amount of 117.00 but I do have the withdrawers name.

BUYER BEWARE! I received the dress I ordered. It does not fit well, and I would like to return it. NO return information was included in the package. I found on my email order [email protected] and have made five attempts in two weeks – with no reply. I tried a phone number found by searching internet – it has been disconnected. I googled the “Joe Doe” return address on the package sent from Bensenville IL – “Joe Doe” has a sketchy background and is not BBB Accredited. BBB has 211 complaints. Last attempt by BBB to reach was 8/3/2023 – result “unable to locate business”. My package has a Chinese shipping label under the Bensenville IL label. I suspect the clothing is made in China NOT SOUTH CAROLINA. There is no labeling on the clothing as to what is made of, how to care, etc. Not typical for US MADE requirements. I am reporting to BBB and MN State Attorney General and then cutting my loss.
