I impulsively bought this from an ad on Facebook based on the positive comments. Later that day I found another straightener that I thought would be better suited for me so I checked the return/refund policy on the website and sent an email requesting a full refund before I even received the package. Even though I followed the handling of the return as stated on the website-unopened box and unused product-I was only offered a 20% refund instead of the full refund promised on the website. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that the quality of the cord is good. The straightener itself if very cheaply made and the company doesn’t follow their own policy regarding returns and refunds. Buyer Beware!
