I purchased a light bulb security camera from BuyPureCare Aug 2022. The Cell phone interface was not able to be connected. I do not know why. I wrote customer service and they sent me new instructions difference that the leaflet with my purchase. No connection was able to be made using their new instruction. I asked for a refund. It is now Oct and they keep sending me emails with offers of small credits if I keep the product. I am now up to over a dozen communications with them. They are not listening to my request and so far have not sent me a mailing address to return their product. Most frustrating. Can anyone help me?

The only means of contact provided on Buypurecare com website as “[email protected]” is fake! Mails sent to the address are not replied. How then can customers contact the store after placing order? This is suspicious!
Fake Business Address:
The physical business address provided on the Contact Us page of The Buypurecare website as “103 Albert Embarkment, London SE1 7TL, United Kingdom” According to Google, The address does not belong to the store. This does not look good. How then can customers locate the store in case of refund/return of goods?
Lacks Security:
There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!
No Social Media Presence:
It is obvious that the people behind The Buypurecare online store are afraid of being exposed on social media plat forms? There is no social media icon provided on the website. We searched and could not find any social media page belong to the store.

On Aug. 24, 2022 I purchased a Lightbuld Security Camera from these people. Since then I have not been able to get it to work. Tried to contact someone for help. Can’t find where to return item. Looks like I finally got scammed. Will call and inform the contact BBB. Will call my Bank and inform them of this. Don’t fall into this trap.
