Definitely a scam site. When I reported this to my bank, they were able to find out the company is actually working from Hong Kong and NOT the UK. When I tried to contact them through email, I received a googlemail to say it had failed (fake email address). I phoned & text the number from the website and got a text back from the person who has had their details fraudulently used. I was lucky to notice something wasn’t right straight away & reported it immediately to my bank.

The means of contact on Duchiy website are fake! The phone number “+44 7456042565” Has been used by another store. Also, Mails sent to the address “[email protected]” Are not replied. How then can customers contact the store after placing order? This is suspicious!
Fake Business Address:
The physical business address provided on the Contact Us page of Duchiy com website as “1 PRINCE OF WALES CLOSE, GREAT TOTHAM, MALDON, CM9 8PW, United Kingdom” Does not belong to the store. This does not look good. How then can customers locate the store in case of refund/return of goods?
Lacks Security:
There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!
No Social Media Presence:
It is obvious that the people behind Duchiy online store are afraid of being exposed on social media plat forms. There is no social media icon provided on the website.

According to WHOIS (a domain checker), The website was recently registered on 28 August 2022 and as a result has not passed the test of time. Newly registered websites can’t be vouched for as there is no previous history. Also, Newly created websites are used by online scammers in their fraudulent practices.

From our findings, Duchiy.com, just like Ossegim Shinesapparel, Bizbuy, Dannshoes, Malvos, Movidaco are not trustworthy online stores. As a result of this, We cannot vouch for its authenticity. Hence, customers are advise to tread with caution.
