There is no physical business address provided on the Contact Us page of Furniturehouz com website. This does not look good. How then can customers locate the store in case of refund/return of goods?
Lacks Security:
There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!

I have been after them for over 2 months now to get either what I bought from them or a refund. All I manage to get is variations of reasons for their delay in shipping.
These guys are criminals. I ordered a Xmas present for my grandson – in November. 6 promises later, these morons haven’t sent the present and still have my money.
same here been trying to contact them with no response. other than on the way I received two pair of socks instead of what I ordered, I contacted my bank and they are researching the issue.
