I had a similar experience, placed a $60 order and never received it. Emailed support, but it bounced back as non deliverable.. phone number is not working. Very frustrating..seems it’s a scam. Don’t know why the site hasn’t been taken down.

Mails sent to the address “[email protected]” Are not replied . Meanwhile, The phone number provided on the website as “+1 2029674541” Is fake! The number has been used by many other online stores. How then can customers contact the store after placing order? This is suspicious!
Fake Business Address:
Novaelites online store provided a fake physical business address. According to Google map, The address “476 State St, Rochester, NY 14608, United States” Has 3 businesses and this store is not there or any where close to the area. This does not look good. How then can customers locate the store in case of refund/return of goods?
Lacks Security:
There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!
No Social Media Presence:
Don’t you think that the people behind this Novaelites com are afraid of being exposed on social media plat forms? The store failed to provide social media icons. We searched and could not find any official social media page belonging to the store. Beware!

From our findings, Novaelites.com, just like Shinesapparel, Bizbuy, Dannshoes, Malvos, Movidaco are not trustworthy online stores. As a result of this, we cannot vouch for its authenticity. Hence, customers are advise to tread with caution.

I started researching this outfit just this week (Aug’22) and ust like someone else posted here, the address location has three other businesses at it.
I really wish they were legit because they’re selling a product at an awesomely low price… Come to think of it -that’s what my red flag was and caused me to start researching them.
I wonder how many innocent people have been scammed by these people and why their website remains up!
