  1. I placed my order in November the 29th and am still waiting for delivery. The tracking states it was delivered yesterday but not the case. I looked it up and found this information on the company. Another international fake site scam it appears. Something too good to be true usually is. My daughter placed 2 orders as well.

  2. sounguesu.com ripped me off. Placed two orders of Christmas gifts in November. Kept an eagle eye on shipping progress. After a full month, two little packages came from China, both containing a cheap adjustable ring! Which I did NOT order. NONE of the items I purchased ever arrived. This “sounguesu” website is one of total unabashed thievery. DO NOT SHOP THERE.

  3. This is awful 😖.
That this is still going on.
They need to be caught and made accountable.
I’ve tried for 33 plus days to get my products. The last contact was they claimed the products were delivered to my address.
    And it has not.
    I will
    inform my banking system
This was the tracking number Zleus3100486029YQ
And they used a 17 tracking
    Company as well.
    My email is [email protected]
    Thank you.

  7. Wow! I wish I had done my homework. I placed two orders Nov 28 and Nov 30. First one’s tracking said delivered “United States” with no address and the second one was a cheap ring (just like others said!). Every email I got back from them in January said they would resend my orders immediately. Oh, and the ring was a gift and supposedly sent to verify my address… The last two emails I received in February now try to act like I was partly to blame and that they had experienced a great loss too and offered a 60% and a 70% refund. I answered the first one but after the second one I will be contacting my cc. I hope it’s not too late.
