received my shoes from Tartepl after almost a month bought two pairs brown and black received two brown pairs when I tried them on way to small while opening shoes their horrendous no return or refund policy card fell out
I ordered a pair of BJ water proof shoes for winter and got them in about two weeks. I decided to get another pair in a different color but this time it’s been a month . Every time I E-mail them it comes back as mailer demon. I’m starting to think i got lucky the first time and screwed the second time.

I did order a pair of boots. I didn’t find them comfortable at all. I was going to return them, but now I do not think I will. It’s not worth it. The customer is responsible for return international shipping. Do not buy from this company!!!!
