Yes I have ordered lots of things from them and have always gotten everything I ordered, and on time if not early. If you are ordering clothing check size guide because sizes are not always like you think.
I have ordered frm TEMU three times and have gotten everything I asked for. Some items were cheao looking but most of them were really nice. So far, I have nothing bad to say about them. They notified me immediately if an item had become unavailable and kept me advised as to the status of my orders. Their inventory is tremendous with huge variety.
Now that makes me think it is a scam even more!

Placed an order. The order guaranteed delivery between oct 10 and ocr 19 or I would receive a refund and not have to return. The items were late by a day. Reached out via their message platform and they thanked me for the information but ignore all other messages. Their guarantee is bogus
I downloaded the Temu app, and I ordered from them , my items came quick but now I’m getting spam phone calls. So I’m hoping it’s not because of the app!
I have never got calls after downloading the app and I have placed numerous orders and received everything.
I received my merchandise but on the day it was delivered my keyboard switched to a Chinese keyboard and all of my apps including Twitter and Facebook totally stopped working. I deleted the TEMU app and they came back except for the keyboard which I manually changed. My phone calls all changed and did not nor could be changed back.

And there it is. China. I don’t care where they say HQ is, or any other thing about any company. I would never knowingly spend two cents that could possibly support China. Ownership is the first thing I look for. I dearly love the Chinese people, even those who may be duped by their evil lying murderous government, but the regime leaders and other haters of God and life freedoms be damned.
If they are a clearing house they may buy products from bankrupt companies all over the world. I’ve seen some products that I saw several years ago on The Bradford Exchange which was a high quality/priced company. I haven’t ordered yet because I plan to move soon. I usually research the individual item I’m considering. See if other companies carry the same item. If I find it on Target/Amazon etc then I feel better about ordering it. This company may be only an office in China with warehouses in other countries. Even Amazon/Walmart/Target carries Chinese goods

Temu is a clearing house for excess inventory of products made in China. They have a sweet deal with the US Post Office, just like Amazon does, so they can ship for far less than it would cost you and I to ship domestically, yet they ship from China. US taxpayers once again subsidizing Chinese factories’ over production so China can keep its folks employed.
Any company that ships large quantities of goods through USPS can get that deal. All American businesses do too. Don’t worry about subsidizing China. The people suffer enough and can use the small amount they earn from selling on this site. If you can find the item at the same price from an American manufacturer…good luck

I ordered one thing from TEMU. It was a small metal owl necklace. It cost me 70 cents. Free shipping. It came in a few days. Well worth the cost!
Temu is collecting American people’s personal information including cc info with low price item which they never ship you. I have been waiting for my items since 11/10 and shipped address shows only an hour away. To make you believe they use USPS but if you call or track it, there’s nothing with USPS. Be careful of these Chinese vendors. They’re screwing American consumers. Time to involve FTC.

I ordered a dozen small items. With coupon discount, about $50. Their shipping took about ten days, but I got everything. It was broken into two shipments … one item came a couple of days later than the rest. The quality was good for the price … some very good … for the price. Both packages were delivered by the USPS mailman to my mailbox. My only complaint is that the packaging wasn’t great and a couple of boxes for things (that I would have like to keep) were crushed.
Of course they’re gathering our personal information. Virtually every website you use is gathering your personal information for resale. American companies are the worst transgressors in that area … it’s Google’s entire business model. At least Temu didn’t require me to give them a valid phone number to order from them.
I purchased three pair of tennis shoes for $20 which I was willing to take the risk for the dollar amount.
They were well worth the money.

I got all that I ordered but many things were misrepesented i the photos..Items were much smaller than they looked..Be a good shopper and watch your sizes.Some things are cheaper and some higher than the Dollar Tree

I ordered two items on November 26, 2022 and received them on December 8 within the time frame that they said they was due to arrive through UPS.
Hey Mike, I order from Temu often have never had a problem, their items usually take 3to 4 weeks to ship as they have to go through all the customs , the items ordered come from China so it takes a while . Email them if you haven’t gotten your order I’m sure they will respond.

I’m new to this site & in big words, FREE SHIPPING, & FREE RETURNS, & PERCENTAGES OF 30% & 50$ OFF depending on how much you ordered made it very inviting since I can’t afford much. The 1st order arrived in a large bag & 5 lighted balls were all crushed in their boxes & embarrassing to give as a gift in that broken condition. I clicked on the FREE RETURNS to see how to send back for a refund & was devastated since the free return was for 1 item only so to send back the others I was going to loose money even with the refund..The free returns was intentionally deceptive. Then as I was ordering clothing, some on sale, I noticed the price went up while I was shopping for many hours & then the coupons disappeared at the top of the page. I waited several days in hopes that I was getting the discount on each item since I was in the middle of ordering things. Days later my items were gone out of my cart which was fine since I couldn’t afford full price. I get an email that I’m getting a package today for a lot of money & they took what was in my cart & sent them to me. They gave the discounts on the 1st ones & others full price with my credit card on file. That is not legal .They were in my cart & I hadn’t hit pay now. Now I’m upset that some of the clothing in my cart was waiting for the proper size to come back into stock. I’m so upset that they took it upon themselves to finalize an order without me hitting Pay Now. I knew I needed to delete the items that were full price. The one top I got in the crushed toy bag is soft & fits. There is no itemized bill in all 3 of my orders so I have no idea how to return one item with free shipping. I hope most of the clothing fits since I can’t afford to pay return shipping which should have been disclosed on the ordering page that said FREE RETURNS. I hope most of the clothing fits but don’t want all that were not discounted. I would recommend this site but with my hard lessons learned.

I have ordered from Temu a few times and never had a problem. Delivery time sometimes takes longer. I suggest you leave enough room if you are ordering for some events. Quality is ok. It is REALLY good price though! I can’t complain at that price seriously.
They are not a scam, you will get what you order… however many of their products are a scam. They sell lots of tarot decks that are counterfeit… they are good quality fakes, but they still are infringing on copyrights from Llewelyn Publishing CO and US games. They also misrepresent clothing items. There is a pair of jeans that shows two separate brands of jeans in the advertisement (Rock & Roll Cowgirl and Silver) but the cheap jeans you get are obviously neither name brand that they have shown in the advertisement. They are scammers in that they will sell you knockoffs… the knockoffs are slightly better quality than the ones from Wish.
I have ordering from them for a couple of months now. I have received everything I have ordered and am kept up to date all along the way. I am surprised at how quickly I recvd my items. I have purchased clothing: winter stuff: gloves, neck things for warmth leggings with linings (even sherpa lining), most things are great, good quality. Some things are described erroneously. In one case the description in the ad and on the box were very misleading, but these things can be returned. They have a liberal return policy of 90 days and free shipping both ways. The one thing I think is strange is everything comes in a plastic bag so some things are a little battered by the time they got here. The really strange thing is even though it is sent out in plastic bag, they want you to return it in a box. I have no clue what that’s all about, but I know it will cost me money to buy the boxes. So no shipping cost going back but I have to buy the boxes. 95% of the products I have purchased are top quality. It is advised that you do your due diligence here, just like you do anywhere. If it looks cheap in the photos, it probably will look cheap when you get it.
