Their ads say there clothing is made in South Carolina US. They told me it was shipped from warehouse on east or west coast in the US. However, if you need to return your purchase it has to be returned to Dubai for a full refund. They offer to refund a small amount of your purchase price and tell you to keep items that are not true to size. All correspondence is through email only. Do not recommend.

The means of contact on Ryabe website as “[email protected]” and The phone number “+447482875871” Are fake! Mails sent to the address are not replied and the phone number has been used by many other fraudulent online stores. How then can customers contact the store after placing order? This is suspicious!
Fake Business Address:
The physical business address “XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD, 69 ABERDEEN CAMBRIDGE UNITED KINGDOM CB2 8DL” on Ryabe.com online store does not belong to the store. The address has been by many fraudulent online stores. This does not look good. How then can customers locate the store in case of refund/return of goods?
Lacks Security:
There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!
Fake Social Media Presence:
It is obvious that the people behind Nbinhk store are afraid of being exposed on social media plat forms. The social media icons on the website does not lead to an official social page of the store.
Conclusion:
From our findings, Ryabe.com, just like Ossegim Shinesapparel, Bizbuy, Dannshoes, Malvos, Movidaco are not trustworthy online stores. As a result of this, We cannot vouch for its authenticity. Hence, customers are advise to tread with caution.

I placed an order on Ryabe on 9/9/22. Funds were captured and I received a confirmation email. It is now 9/25/22 and tracking info still says preparing. Just sent an inquiry, I’m hoping to receive a positive response, but if it goes much longer I’ll have to ask bank to refund due to fraud. Disappointed and concerned.

Emailed them to the the authorization to send back for refund and they have not responded. You have 30 days to get refund. Of course already been two weeks and cannot get info for refund authorization.
I placed an order through my phone (Instagram ad I think) for two cute sweaters. It took weeks to get and the quality was terrible..looked like something from a cheap China online store but it cost $111 for two sweaters. I should have read more before I placed an order because I’m finding now that many others have the same experience. I emailed them (the only way to reach them) and they first offered me $15 and said to keep the items..then it went to $35 now $55 and they just said the returns go to Dubai so not worth it. A total scam..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE..the clothes look somewhat cute on their models but the items look cheap in person.
Scam!!! Do not waste your money. Takes weeks go get, quality is terrible (reviews all over the internet – shame on me for impulse buying!) and they are telling me to return/refund I have to ship to Dubai! They don’t have a phone number so you have to do everything through email and I’m not even sure it’s a real person..total scam and clothing is photoshopped.
