They sent the makeup bag I ordered in the wrong colour and it’s made from the cheapest, thinnest plastic I’ve ever seen – VERY different to how it looks on Facebook. It’s so cheap and flimsy that I won’t use it, let alone give it as a gift. They charged me US$38.99 (plus postage) – but they noted ‘US$10’ as its value on the shipping sticker for Customs! That’s a huge mark-up. The tracking information stopped after 2 weeks, and I had no reply to my emails requesting information. The original tracking info. said it shipped ‘from Tallahassee USA’, but I see the package was shipped from China! It took so long to arrive that the “refund only with 30 days period” has long passed. Plus, it says on their website, “You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item” (refunds are at their discretion), then “If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund”. So IF they decide to refund you, AFTER you’ve sent the item back to them, they would also charge you for the shipping that you have already paid for?! Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy! Lesson learned. I’ve asked my bank to get a charge-back. I’m glad I paid through Paypal, and not directly.
