I ordered a Christmas Nativity Set and received a confirmation of order for $62.56 USD and my mastercard was billed $73.06USD and again for $78.20USD Their response was that they did not double bill me and it was already sent out and too late to cancel. Do not buy from Willowtrain! I don’t even know if I’ll get the Nativity set.
I got mine but it is literally a table top nativity scene. it is not for outside. It is in several pieces without instructions and have tiny little screws to put it together- I will need an eyeglass screwdriver. Not what was advertised! Very disappointed!!!
I ordered a Nativity set October 19th. My credit cars was charged October 20th for $42. I received tracking information almost daily. Claiming it shipped from Helsinki Finland and cleared customs in the US.
On 17 November told it was in Seattle Washington for transportation in the US. After no further information I messaged the company asking for update. They responded with a different tracking number showing it was in China. Obviously it is a scam. I filed a dispute which is in process.
I ordered a nativity scene also. Wish I had seen the above replies. My charge was $66.68 and by the time it got to my bank it was $$83.35. I have gotten no response from [email protected] because it doesn’t exist. They were pretty slick with all the fake paperwork I received. I even paid for it thru PayPal and it passed thru paypal without a hitch. I am trying to get my money back from them or from the scammers which is a slim to nothing chance. DO NOT BUY FROM WILLOW TRAIN.

I have purchased an Nativity scene which was advertised on their website as a life-size product. It came today as a flimsy desk size model, with parts missing.
This company, if it even exists, engages in fraudulent marketing practice with the intention to mislead and to scam!

Ordered Nativity Scene Nov1 2022, haven’t received it, tracking placed it at Inuvik, XOE. Billed $68.68. Very disappointed. How do I get my refund?
I have had the same experience as the others: SCAMMED. At first, updates and tracking information, then nothing. It was ordered and charged to my credit card in early October 2022 but had not been received as of January 9, 2023. I’m going to try to get a refund from the credit card company but I fear it has gone on too long.

Mine said it was in METRO DISTRIBUTION CENTER and I needed to pick it up
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! I ordered my nativity scene on 30th October 2022. The website said it was $55.99USD but was charged $78.20USD (as I am in Australia it ended up being $127.54 AUD) I received tracking emails the very next day after they took the payment. It was shipped from Nemphis USA and ended up in Alice Springs Australia on 27th November 2022. Then nothing! All tracking stopped. On 18th December I emailed them, and the reply came from China saying it was now being processed IN CHINA. What the ??? I raised a complaint with PAYPAL to get my money back. Fast forward to 1st March 2023. Today I received my nativity scene. It’s a joke! It was supposed to be large and should have come up to my shoulders. Instead I receive some pathetic, poorly painted scene that is less than 50cm high. Rubbish!
