Feltham asda delivery absolutely disgusting. We received an email stating our order had been delivered. We rang asda immediately stating we had not received our delivery for £112.00. We are still waiting to hear back from Asda after chasing them up twice. Our order was delivered to a completely different road. Asda drivers should be told to ask for the customers name before handing over the goods. Its not rocket science is it. Just ring the customer if you can’t find the address, don’t just hand it over because the door no is the same. Absolute ignorance as there is a road sign right outside the property where they left our shopping, and it was not the same road as stated on the delivery invoice.😡😡 Don’t even deserve 1 star

Cash pot RIP OFF, apparently if you spend over £10 in store over three days in the month of June you will be rewarded £5 per spend added to your cash point, I spent £54 yesterday and another £60 pound today, yesterday’s transaction was not registered to my account even although my recipe said it was and today 29th June I received £0.24 WTH, and to think I went out my road yesterday to earn this, won’t make that mistake again, also noticed that they hike the prices up for the weekend, stood and watched a price tag getting changed from £2.50 to £4.50 what would you be charged at the till if you had just put the item in your basket???? I use to think ASDA was the more value from money Vrs Tesco, its far more expensive going bt recent experience
