The ad was from “Fasionania” and the customer service link was to “[email protected]”. Repeated emails to that address finally yielded a MailerDAEMON reply that the address no longer exists. Disappointed, as the t-shirts I ordered were really cute.
I purchased from this store over a month ago, and my order still says awaiting shipment. It has said that for over a month. I have tried to cancel the order for a full refund and there is nowhere to cancel the order, and I cannot speak to anyone. The customer service site takes you to the main page with nowhere to speak to anyone. I want to get my money back and have no idea how to do it because I have been scammed. This is extremely frustrating and very criminal to take people’s money claiming to be selling an item that they never intended to send me. I’m just at a loss because I feel I have lost out in my money and there is nothing I can do to get it back! If anyone knows how please let me know. Please don’t but from the site that takes you to nzgnm. They are a fraudulent site and will scam you out of your money.
